71 1月生,1994年获得西安交通大学理学学士,1997年获得四川大学理学硕士学位,2003年获得法国巴黎第七大学计算化学博士学位2005年1月至2006年12月在美国加州大学尔湾分校从事博士后研究。20071月进入上海交通大学生命科学技术学院工作,副教授2012年评为博士生导师。研究方向是结构生物信息学,主持国家自然科学基金,科技部973、863,上海市浦江人才,上海教委创新重点等项目,JACS、PNAS、NAR、RNA等国际刊物发表七十多篇SCI论文,其中本人为第一作者或通讯作者的论文五十多篇
